We ship to almost every country in the world.

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that SOCIETAL is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. You can return unworn items in new condition for a refund within 14 days of their original ship date, and for store credit within 30 days. Please click here to see our full returns policy.

SOCIETAL does not provide return labels. You’re free to ship your return to us via any major carrier or the post office, but the cost of return shipping is not included.
