Our shipping rates are displayed during the order checkout. These rates are based on the value of the items in your order, shipping destination and shipping method. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

Note: business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. 

Economy shipping:

Ships within 9 days, arriving no later than the 10th business day after the order was placed.

Standard shipping:

Ships within 5 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.

Preferred shipping:

Ships within 3 days, arriving 4 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited shipping:

Ships within 2 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.

Express shipping:

Ships within 1 day, arriving 2 business days after the order was placed.

Note: Shipping times might be longer than other retailers that stockpile products in warehouses around the world, however, all of our on-demand products are made in an ethical fashion which helps to end poverty and produces less waste. Societal is constantly working behind the seams to ensure that the good stuff you receive is matched by a beautiful backstory.

Order not arrived:

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
